🔧 Mechanical structure and sports performance

1. 21 degrees of freedom bionic motion system

  • Eye system: The eyes independently realize horizontal rotation, vertical rotation, and blinking movements. With the movable upper eyelid structure, it can restore human blinking, gaze, eye tracking and other movements. The design of the yellow-bottomed iris makes the eyes more "vital".
  • Linkage between eyebrows and facial muscles: the eyebrows can be raised/pressed independently, and combined with eye movements, to achieve micro-expressions such as frowning, raising eyebrows, and surprise; the facial mechanical structure supports linkage to simulate the stretching effect of facial muscles.
  • Mouth and jaw structure: movable lower jaw + upper and lower teeth structure, supports opening and closing the mouth, simulated speaking/biting movements, and cooperates with the internal mechanical linkage to restore the natural mouth movement trajectory.

2. 3D printing customized structural design

  • The main structural parts are made of high-precision 3D printing, perfectly replicating Will's open source design. The connecting rods and rotating shafts of each joint have been optimized to ensure smooth movement without lag.
  • The structural parts adopt a modular design and can be disassembled, replaced or upgraded individually to facilitate subsequent modification and maintenance.
  • The outer shell of the helmet adopts a split-piece design with screw fixing holes. After assembly, it completely wraps the internal mechanical structure.
